I know you can export a FEX file to transfer sets. I use Font Explorer X for organizing different fonts for different client and their different projects (a lot of projects). I have a separate Fonts folder outside of the library where I store all my fonts. So got a shiny new iMac and am in the process of transferring my font sets from Font Explorer X Pro from one Mac to another that also has Font Explorer X Pro installed (the latest version).
